Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee amounting to 50% of the scheduled service(s). Same-day cancellations or no-shows will incur a 100% charge for the reserved services. Repeated or excessive cancellations may result in the loss of access to online booking and potential refusal of services. The card on file will be used to complete the cancellation fee. Thank you for considering the purchase of a gift certificate to treat a loved one to one of our top-notch experiences. Gift cards will be available in-store via cash or check ONLY. Gift Cards expire 6 months after the date of purchase. they are sold as a dollar value, should service cost change the remaining balance will need to be fulfilled. gift cards donated to events/fundraisers have a 3 month expiration date, we suggest scheduling as soon as possible.
